Nice, clean, sunny place. Everything was very nice. Proximity to ocean was the best! Sandy beach, great little waves, tons of shells, nice restaurants.

Excellent unit. Very happy with it. Kids loved the built in bunk beds. 16th year staying at Pointe Santo and will continue to return!

Pointe Santo is a beautiful property, and this condo is also beautifully maintained. Check in and check out were effortless, everything was in good order, beds were comfortable, kids loved the bunks. Would visit again in a heartbeat!

Thank you for a wonderful Condo. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds. What a clever idea. As usual Pointe Santo does not disappoint.

We absolutely loved the condo, the Pointe Santo complex and Sanibel in general. Our family was looking for a spring break location in the USA that would allow us to experience a beautiful beach, warm weather and fun activities to enjoy in March. This was certainly accomplished. My only improvement suggestion for B46 is to replace the master bed mattress and the refrigerator.

Great location! Sunsets can be seen from the beach right there. Well furnished condo and up to date furnishings, kitchen and bathrooms. Large new TV. Very beachy decorum. Mattresses were too hard for our tastes and unique twin beds hidden inside a wall less than comfortable for adults but great for kids. Washing machine broke on last day. Please don't skimp on simple things like laundry detergent, paper towel and toilet paper that feels like sand paper. Overall, great time and wonderful place to chill out and relax on the lanai or even the rooftop deck which gets very hot but has a wonderful view especially if you like star gazing. ReMax office staff were not helpful and seemed like we were bothering them when we checked in and later reported issues. We paid top dollar seasonal pricing and were treated like we didn't matter.

We met our son and his family here for several days of shell hunting, enjoying the beach, and just relaxing. Pointe Santo is centrally located on Sanibel, close to a main shopping/restaurant area with a grocery/general store. The unit we stayed in had built in bunk beds which were absolutely loved by our 7 and 9 year old grandkids. They had their own little spaces to disappear to, watch TV, rest, or play games on their tablets. We spent so much time at the beach and the pool that they, and we, needed a little quiet time too. The unit was exceptionally clean and so nice looking. The overall complex well taken care of.
Should we decide on another Sanibel vacation we'll be looking at staying at Pointe Santo again.

B46 made for an amazing stay at Sanibel Island - we were impressed on every level. The unit is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Both bathrooms are brand new (though the guest shower door/step is a bit too high) and lovely. The owners keep a lot of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the storage closet. This is a very handy tip I wish I knew before I packed our tent for the beach in my luggage. The bunk beds are every child's delight. The stairs to the top bunk are drawers for storage - so clever! No detail is overlooked in this beautiful unit. The lanai and rooftop deck provide unbeatable views of the courtyard, pool, and Gulf. I cannot recommend this unit enough. If we go back to Sanibel, we hope to be in B46!

From the helpful people at Remax to the rooftop deck, this was an easy, beautiful week with friends! Condo exceeded our expectations! Pictures do not do it justice. Easy parking and elevator. Spacious condo with great balcony and rooftop deck. Be sure to check out Island Cow, Over Easy and for a special treat Mad Hatter in Captiva!

Great time there. The apartment was all we had expected. Views were great from both the balcony and roof deck. The built in bunks were great looking, but not used as it was just me and my wife. The people in the other units were friendly. The parking space that came with this unit is next to the elevator which is awesome.h

This was our second year at the condo. We loved our experience. The owner has been doing upgrades each year making a great place even better. Looking forward to next year.

Impressively managed property. Pointe Santo de Sanibel workers were on the job early while supervisors roamed the site in golf carts looking for potential problems. As a result, the property was always neat and equipment functional (water spigots, gate latches, exterior lighting). Good work.

We very much enjoyed our stay on Sanibel Island especially at the condo. This is our third trip and we always try to book at the same complex. Remax of the Islands is first class and I would recommend to anyone that they use this company when booking accomodations.

This was our family's first trip out to Pointe Santo and we absolutely loved this complex and this condo. This 4th floor penthouse unit has a fabulous, private rooftop deck that is accessible via its own spiral staircase off the screened-in balcony. The views from the deck are unparalleled. Absolutely breathtaking, as you are at the highest elevation on Sanibel. Our unit had a lot of lovely upgrades and just before our check in, new, sleek plantation shutter doors were installed in the main living area and master bedroom. We were also the first guests to enjoy the new king and queen mattresses in the master and guest bedrooms. The decor was soothing and elegant and everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen was very well stocked, as was a storage closet near the elevator that housed beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The automated locks on the storage closet and unit were super convenient and made it possible for us to hit the pool and beach without having to find and drag keys around. Our favorite aspect of the unit was a custom bunk bed that our daughter went completely nuts over. She had so much fun in her secret clubhouse all week. Pointe Santo has lovely grounds and well-maintained amenities. We were thrilled that we didn't have to trek through mangrove expanses in order to access the beach. It's right there, no walk. We would definitely recommend B46 and will certainly visit again in the future.

Our stay on Sanibel was just perfect! Our condo was just like the pics. The dcor was totally beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely book this condo again and would refer this condo to my family and friends. Thank you so much for sharing your condo. We truly loved our stay.

B46 at Point Santo was just as good as I remembered it to be from last year. Plenty of room, nice furnishings, fabulous screened-in porch and top deck overlooking the beach, reserved parking spot, convenient location, and adequately stocked with towels/linens. Storage closet had beach chairs and some other beach related items which was nice. The only improvement I would recommend would be to stock some adequate cutlery in kitchen. There were no good knives to cut up fruit so we had to destroy the fruit with dull, small knife.

The condo is awesome with a great roof top deck looking out to the ocean. We enjoyed a morning coffee and evening cocktails soaking in beautiful Sanibel beach. However the complex amenities are lacking. The pool is small and was crowded at times and there is no restaurant to grab a lunch. The building by the pool could easily have a small canteen serving simple foods like hamburgers & hotdogs. You are left to leave the complex (beach) or go to your condo to prepare something yourself. If you can get over this the place is really great and we would consider returning.

Just a really solid family choice for Sanibel. The property is honestly presented and the management company was easy to deal with. Check in was simple and quick and check out was easy with no unexpected costs. The interior was clean and nicer than the pictures. The screened in porch was terrific. The unit also has a really fun surprise for kids that ours loved. Everything was in good shape and worked well and the unit has everything you need. The buildings are nothing to look at from the outside, but interiors are nice. The location is accessible and good.

The blinds in the bedroom are a little touchy, so watch that. I barely touched it and a fin fell off. It seems a lot of people have trouble with them and they didn't hold it against us.

Sanibel has something called "no-see-ums". They're little biting flies and were in bloom when we were there. We had dozens of bites, and they itched for days. It's just a feature of Sanibel at times, nothing specific to this property. But it's good to be prepared, rather than surprised by bites. Some prevention sprays and anti-itch lotions exist and avoiding bad times of day can help.
