Check in/out was easy and convenient
The location was beautiful. Super convenient to have all the amenities of the hotel available. It was a good fit for what we were looking for with our family and the value was unbeatable.

The condo is nice and clean and has ALMOST everything you might need while staying in a beach condo. The actual physical location is fantastic, with the buildings a very short walk from door to the resort beach area. The small pool near the privately owned area is great for taking a quick dip. It is nice that the condos are on the same property as the hotel, so there are terrific amenities which are easy to access. It is great having pub food, pizza, ice cream, sushi, and hibachi, as well as a big poolside bar, so easy to access. Just be aware that the condos are not part of the hotel, so some of things available to hotel patrons may not be available to people who privately book through airbnb. There are many necessities available in the room, including beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as many kitchen necessities. Be sure to add coffee filters to your shopping list when you stop for groceries if you like to have morning brew like our family. We had to go back out to the local grocery the day following our arrival to get some. We had a small hiccup with linens initially, but San Cap responded first thing in the morning and resolved the issue very quickly. The whole experience was worth the value and we would stay there again with our 2 littles and our young adult daughter.

Thanks for making the whole process very smooth and also for the constant and well done communication. Sundial is a great place to stay and you guys made the process simple.
The apt is very well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Sundials amenities are great with easy access to beach, pool and bbq area. Overall, very good place. My suggestion for the owners of the unit is for them to replace the bed. Theres reviews out there stating the same for this unit. The second item that needs an upgrade are the beach chairs and umbrella. Otherwise, Id still return to the same unit without a doubt.

We stayed two nights in this perfectly equipped apartment. Everything we could have needed was available to us. It was clean and tidy and spacious enough for 5 people. I would stay in this unit again. The resort amenities and beach were great also!!

Clean condo with one bath and bedroom. The photo is a bit deceiving, there is NO patio (just a screen window). That being said, we had beautiful weather and were not in the room much (mainly just sleeping and eating). The condo was quiet and clean and kept very cool on the hot Sanibel days. The grounds were well manicured with beautiful clean pools and such a quick short walk to the beach! Loved it! (Bring bug spray because those pesky little noseeums can leave very itchy tiny bug bites!)

This was our 3rd stay in D307. We are a family of four and we love the layout of the condo with the day bed and pullout couch in the living room for our two children. We also like the location within the Sundial complex of this condo - it is just steps from the pool, shuffleboard courts, and beach. It's a quick walk over to the main resort if you need to stop at the market for something.

There are a lot of great features of the condo and the kitchen is well-appointed: drip coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, silverware, measuring spoons, drying rack for dishes, lots of other small accessories. There are ice trays in the freezer and a bin for storing ice so you always can have it on hand.

Re/Max provides a roll of paper towels, a roll or two of toilet paper, sample sized dishwasher soap and laundry soap (there are coin operated washer/dryers on the ground floor of the building).

The biggest thing that I think needs to be updated in the unit is the grout. It is very dark and appears dirty.

The folks in the Re/Max office are very helpful. When our son got sick and we needed new sheets, someone came by and dropped them off immediately. They are also helpful at the condo association office on site (I went there for change for the laundry facilities).

We will be back!

Great location, few steps and you are at the beach and short drive and you are in town proper. Nice place, quaint, decorated so "beachy". I do wish there had been a balcony. Reading nook is so cute and appealing, but needs a nice reading light. A few more towels and washcloths needed. But loved all the beach supplies in the closet.
Slept so well on the mattress in bedroom. Happy with the chose we made to stay here.

My husband and I enjoyed our get-away on Sanibel and enjoyed this unit very much. The day before we left we discovered we had no hot water. We called and within a few hours someone was there to replace the hot water heater!! Looking forward to the next time!

Our stay was somewhat overshadowed by anticipation of Irma. Some attractions were closing down during our stay, as they were, understandably, preparing for upcoming hurricane.
The unit itself was clean and well-stocked. It is very close to the beach and the pool. The only drawback is that it does not have a balcony.
Hope to visit again at a more quite time.

We overall enjoyed our stay very much. The Condo's location is adequately located near stairs and most importantly within easy access of the beach. The Condo is attractive and well stocked. Only one negative of note. The "new" king bed was a "slab." Much too firm for our liking. My wife actually spent one night on the couch because of it. Other nights were restless. Evidently, according to recent reviews, there was a very nice queen bed in there. So I don't understand why it was changed. I say, if it ain't broke... I will also say that the pool was a bit small and full of kids. Again... family friendly resort. So just know this if you are looking for a "totally" romantic getaway. I must say that I was totally impressed with Sanibel. I grew up in the 60's and 70's and spent most Christmas' on the Island. Although it has obviously changed due to development, I do feel the powers at be have done a great job retaining the Island atmosphere. My wife and I mostly enjoyed the bike friendly aspect. We basically parked the car and biked everywhere. The food was outstanding in every restaurant we visited. We definitely recommend the Island Cow for breakfast as well as the Lighthouse Cafe. I was happy to see that the Mucky Duck was as great as I remembered. Just missing Victor, the old owner. Don't miss watching a sunset at this outstanding establishment. I was saddened to see that the Old Timmy's Nook had been bulldozed. The Green Flash is there now, but we didn't eat there. All in all, it was a great trip. I actually found a good size live couch and threw it back in the gulf as everyone should do. Although the beaches are wonderful, I did notice the lack of whole shells on the beach. That was the biggest difference I noticed. Not to be a "downer," but the beaches were full of "live" shells back in the day. I never saw one olive, shark eye or worm shell. I remembered that the beaches were littered with them in the 70's. But time marches on... Enjoy!

Immediately when we walked into the unit I knew we had made a good decision. The unit was cool and you could tell it was tastefully decorated. It was also stocked with the necessary supplies that you would need for a week's stay - trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, and supplies for the bathroom. We had an absolutely marvelous stay!

This was our third family vacation in Sanibel and our second stay at this condo. The unit was very clean on arrival and we were pleased to find it still as stocked as last year: drip coffee maker and filters, blender, pots and pans, dishes, hair dryer, plenty of beach chairs and umbrella.

There is a great use of space in this one-bedroom, with the inclusion of a day bed, which was perfect for our older child, while the younger one slept on the pullout couch. The location of the unit within the Sundial is great- just steps from the pool and beach, very close to parking, and not too far a walk from the main part of the resort, where the Bailey's store was when we needed to pick up a few things.

My suggestions to make the unit even better would be to add a few throw rugs (especially in the bathroom) and maybe even an indoor/outdoor area rug in the main living area. The tile is cold and hard and it would soften it up a bit. A small dresser would be great in place of the TV stand in the living room for additional clothing storage.

We will come back!

It was awesome. Location was perfect for me and the property had absolutely everything I could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a very short walk and just a bit beyond was the beach. The one and only less than positive thing I could possibly say, and, I think this is true of most sofa sleepers .... it was not comfortable opened up. My two adult daughters were with me for a week, and the one sleeping on the sofa said it was more comfortable just leaving it as a sofa, not a bed. The queen bed for me was great. And the book nook mattress worked great for my other daughter. I had reserved a rental car, but cancelled that, as there are three restaurants and a small grocery within walking distance at Sundial. For a night out or other special needs, Island Taxi is a wonderful option. I liked it so much that within the first week of being here I reserved a spot for 2018!! REMAX was great to work with!!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 4 and 6) rented this condo for a week. Check in after hours was very easy. The condo was spotless when we arrived. It was well appointed and larger than I expected it to be. The condo has a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and many pots, pans, and small kitchen utensils. We only chose to eat breakfast and lunch in the unit but I think we would have been set to prepare dinners with what was there.

The location of this condo was perfect - the complex is conveniently located on the island and this condo was really well-situated within the Sundial. We were maybe 100 steps to the pool and another 50 to the beach. My kids loved that they could bounce between the beach and pool so easily. They also loved the shuffleboard in the parking area. The grounds of the Sundial are pretty and well maintained.

We made use of the coin laundry on the ground floor once during our stay. It costs about $4 total to wash and dry a load.

The condo had two beach towels, 3 or 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas (one was nearly impossible to close after we opened it so we didn't use that one again), and a couple of small buckets and shovels. There were 4 bath towels, which were pretty gross by the end of the week. I probably would have paid an extra few to have additional bath towels so that we could have switched out mid-week.

Overall, we had our best family vacation yet and will stay here again!
